There are 5 frames: top, bottom, right, left, body.

Clicking on the right frame loads the left frame which contains the main menu (obviously, you already know that). Choosing something from the menu at the left loads the bottom frame which offers more choices. All frames, except the top and right, may be blacked out by either clicking on the [x] or inside the top frame.
